The Passyunk Post reported on the updated renderings of 22 homes proposed to take place of the warehouse on 22nd and Wharton Streets.  The vacant warehouse will be demolished and replaced with residential homes. Originally, the plans presented last year were met with opposition from the neighbors due to the project’s lack of parking. Since then, the renderings have been updated with 1 car parking for each home.

Each home will be 1,800 square feet with three bedrooms, a roof deck and a finished basement. A demolition start date has not yet been announced.
