The University of Pennsylvania’s Fels School of Government released a study on the housing market throughout Philadelphia in 2014. Homes sales throughout all Philadelphia neighborhoods have risen in the last quarter. According to the data released by Penn, this is the second time since 2007 that home prices increased in all neighborhoods. A five percent increase of the median house price in this quarter went from $110,000 to $115,000.
